A boutique law firm in East London are looking for a lawyer to work in the commercial property department at their office located a 10 minute walk from South Woodford Underground Station.
The firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role with up to 2 days per week worked from home, if preferred.
The firm would like to speak to solicitors or legal executives who have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property work, to manage a caseload to include:
Landlord and Tenant work (including drafting and negotiating commercial leases);
Commercial sales and purchases;
Development work; and
Secured lending.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
